Our most important care, health and scheduling policies in one place.
Dogs may be crated when no human is present or whenever separation is reasonably necessary for safety. Crating is used as a safety and management tool—not as punishment. Dogs whose behavior is not appropriate for the larger group may also be separated or placed on an alternative routine.
Rabies, DHPP/DAPP (Distemper, Hepatitis/Adenovirus, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus), and Bordetella (kennel cough). Current records must be submitted before a boarding or daycare booking can be approved.
Dogs must arrive free of fleas. If a dog is found with fleas, the dog may be treated with a Seresto collar at the owner's expense and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged for flea contamination of the home.
Owners are financially responsible for reasonable, documented damage caused by their dog to Muttley Crew's home, property, furnishings, yard, fencing, crates, gates, doors, flooring, walls, trim or belongings. This includes damage resulting from chewing, scratching, digging or escaping from confinement. Details are included in the client agreement.
Full-day daycare runs through 5:00 PM. Pickup after 5:00 PM through 9:00 PM adds $10. No pickups are permitted after 9:00 PM; pickup resumes the following morning.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Yes. Medication administration for daycare and boarding is $5 per day, per dog. Medication must be clearly labeled and instructions provided.
To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, we ask that personal beds, blankets, bowls, and toys stay at home whenever possible. With multiple dogs sharing a home environment, personal items can be chewed, damaged, misplaced, or become something another dog wants to guard.
Muttley Crew provides dog bowls, toys, and everyday comfort items for guests during their stay.
In some cases, we may ask you to provide your dog's personal crate, especially if your dog is more comfortable in a familiar crate or requires a specific size or setup. We can discuss this with you during the booking process.
Comfort or calming items such as ThunderShirts, anxiety wraps, or similar calming devices are welcome when they are appropriate for your dog.
For most stays, the only items we need you to bring are your dog's food, clearly labeled with their name and feeding instructions, and any medications, clearly labeled with the dog's name, dosage, and administration instructions.
We recommend leaving unnecessary personal belongings at home so there is less risk of anything being damaged or lost while your dog is enjoying time with the Crew.
