The Muttley Crew story began long before it became a business.
Our story started in 2018.
What became Muttley Crew started with a simple love for dogs. Jarrod spent years helping rescues and bringing dogs into his own life whenever he could. Eventually, that same passion grew into something bigger: caring for dogs who already had loving families, but needed someone dependable to step in when their people couldn't be there.
That turned into pet sitting, boarding, dog walking and a home that always seemed to have a few extra paws running through it.
Then the business became part of the love story too. Jarrod met Samantha while caring for her dogs. The connection grew, they fell in love and eventually got married. Samantha officially joined Muttley Crew in 2023, bringing her dog into the pack full-time. Together they adopted their first dog as a couple, continued growing the Crew, and in 2026 became parents to their first baby.
Today, Muttley Crew is still built around the same idea it started with: dogs deserve to be treated like family, and their owners deserve to know the people caring for them genuinely love what they do.
Not a commercial kennel experience—just real people, a real home, a lot of dogs and a whole lot of love for them.
